DAY 1

Rome

Welcome to Rome! A glorious city rich in classical antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance Palaces and Baroque Churches. Upon arrival at Rome Airport you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Check into Hotel by 1400hrs. Rest of the day you are free at your leisure to explore or relax. Perhaps spend some time in the boutiques of the Via del Corso or the elegant designer stores in the neighborhood of the Via Condotti. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 2

Rome – Florence

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Rome. This tour introduces you to the grandeur part of the City. Being one of the richest communities in the world, the independent Vatican State holds superb Vatican Museums which you will be able to visit. There includes the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vast collections of the Sistine Chapel and glorious masterpieces of Michelangelo's frescoes. Now enter St Peter's Basilica, observing Michelangelo's early ‘Pieta’ and Bernini's ‘Popes' Altar sited above the spot where St Peter is reputed to have been crucified. Cross the Tiber to hear tales of the glory of Ancient Rome as you view the Colosseum and overlook the Forum.

Later we proceed to Florence. Arrive and check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 3

Florence – Pisa – Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. Take a Guided Walking Tour of Florence. This itinerary allows you to discover the origins of Florence and the reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2 hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of Florentine History. These include the City of Dante, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and other important figures. We depart from Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Roman origins and then walk towards nearby Palazzo Davanzati where we will embark on an interior tour. Afterward we amble through some of the less crowded streets towards Ponte Vecchio and finally enter Piazza Signoria through the Uffizi Courtyard. From this main Piazza and Civic Center, our tour takes us past the Oratory of the Bonomini next to the House of Dante until we reach the City's religious center. The tour finishes with the Cathedral and The Baptistery of St. John. Later we proceed to Pisa where you will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later continue to Venice. Arrive in Venice and proceed by Water boat (Admission Included) to your Hotel on Venice Island and check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 4

Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning proceed for a Panoramic Walking Guided Tour of Venice. This interesting tour is centered around the history of St. Mark's Square and its main monuments. As well as visiting St. Mark's Basilica with its marble and mosaics, you can spectate the Ducal Palace where the Old Republic of Venice exercised their political and commercial powers in the Doge Palace. Next you will cross the Bridge of Sighs arriving at the famous Venice Jail. Finishing off the tour is the opportunity to visit the glass factory on the island of Murano (This visit to Murano is optional and not included in the Walking Tour). Afternoon free at your leisure to explore Venice. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 5

Venice – Innsbruck

Breakfast at Hotel. You will proceed to the mainland by Water Taxi (Included) and meet your Long Distance Vehicle where you will continue your tour to Innsbruck. Arrive in Innsbruck and check in Hotel. Explore Innsbruck on your own or visit the Swarovski Crystal Factory. (Admission Not Included). Later check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 6

Innsbruck – Salzburg

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for a 2 hour Guided City Panoramic Tour of Innsbruck. Visitors are taken on a journey back in time with an enchanting array of splendid architectural gems from the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neo- Classical period. Historical landmarks such as the Golden Roof, the Court Church with its stunning bronze statues, the Imperial Palace and Ambras Castle evoke the grandeur of the Habsburg empire’s bygone greatness. Later we proceed immediately to Salzburg. Arrive in Salzburg and some free time to explore this city. Later check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 7

Salzburg – Munich

Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed for a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Salzburg. A good overview of the city's architecture and history. You will learn interesting facts about the city's most famous son. Mozart's Birthplace in Getreidegasse, the Mozart Residence on Market Square and the Mozarteum. Some of other major attractions at a glance will be Mirabell Palace, Marionette Theater, Landestheater Festival Halls, Getreidegasse, St. Peter's, Hellbrunn Palace, Frohnburg Palace and many more. Later we proceed to Munich in Germany. Arrive in Munich and proceed for a Guided City Tour of Munich. Some of the highlights of the tour are Odeonsplatz, the Opera, Maximilian Street, the Food Market, Stachus, the Pinakotheken, Nymphenburg Castle, Neuhausen, Olympia Park, Schwabing, the English Garden, Haidhausen. You may want to visit the BMW Museum on your own after the tour. Later check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 8

Munich – Black Forest – Lucerne

Breakfast at Hotel, we depart today to Switzerland via the Black Forest famous for its cuckoo clocks. We will take a stop at the home of the Cuckoo Clocks at Black Forest where you can see how this clocks are made and also see the Black Forest. Later proceed to Lucerne. Arrive in Lucerne. Check into Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 9

Lucerne – Mt Titlis – Lucerne

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning proceed to Engleberg where you will take the Mt Titlis Tour. An adventure excursion to the highest vantage point in Central Switzerland. A pleasant ride with our deluxe motor coach takes you to the mountain resort of Engelberg in Central Switzerland, where you will board the aerial cable way for a 45 minute journey from the green valley bottom to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft which guarantees snow the whole year round. Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers a 360° panoramic view into the Alps. After the descent to Engelberg we board our coach for drive to Lucerne. You will get an Orientation Tour of Lucerne where you will see the Lion Monument and then Chapel Bridge. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 10

Lucerne – Jungfrau – Interlaken

Breakfast at Hotel, today we proceed to Grindelwald Grund where we take the train to Jungfrau (Admission Included) via Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch, Europe's highest railway station. Board an unforgettable Alpine tour to the majestic world of the Jungfraujoch – Towering at 11,333 feet (3,454 meters) you're officially at the top of Europe. Visit the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observation Terrace. Later return back to Grindelwald Grund Station where you meet your driver and proceed to Interlaken. Arrive and check in hotel. Free time to explore this beautiful city on your own. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 11

Interlaken – Geneva – Dijon

Breakfast at Hotel. We proceed to Geneva this morning. Arrive and proceed for a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Geneva. The city tour will bring you to visit the International part of Geneva followed by a tour of the main tourist attractions of the city and then get a taste of Geneva’s history in the Old Town. Later proceed to Dijon. Explore Dijon for some time and check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 12

Dijon – Paris

Breakfast at Hotel. We proceed to Paris this morning. Arrive by midday and proceed for a Guided Panoramic Tour of Paris. This excursion will enable you to discover Paris from three different viewpoints. The first will be from a coach with a one and a half hour drive in the city. The second will be a Boat Cruise down the River Seine (Admission Included) taking you back through 2000 years of Parisian history. The third viewpoint is an elevator ride up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower (Admission Included) for a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris. This excursion will end at the Eiffel Tower (Admission Included). After the tour, there will be time for some shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 13

Paris

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will proceed for a full day of shopping at the La Vallee Retail Park. The Village has over 90 luxury outlet boutiques offering significant reductions on the recommended retail price, all year round. Here visitors are rewarded with extraordinary savings from revered French brands and International brands. If you are traveling with kids and want to have a day at Disneyland you can do this. Admission can be purchased on the spot for the Disney Park. Overnight at Hotel

DAY 14

Paris

Breakfast at Hotel, day free at leisure until departure transfer to airport to train station.

Terms & Conditions with Booking Conditions

Private Luxury Tours Summer

Hotel Accommodation: Prices per person are based on minimum 2 people traveling together.

Breakfast will be Buffet in some hotels or table service in some hotels. .

All airport or train station or port transfers in every city will be on Private Basis.

All included train travel will be in Standard Class and air travel will be in Economy Class normally on Budget Carriers. For Air travel on Budget Carriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. Additional Baggage or additional weight will be charged at the airport. Cruise will be based on Inside or Outside Cabins (2 to a Cabin) as mentioned in the program. All Sightseeing tours are on Private Basis with English Speaking Guide for Private Luxury Tours. Vehicle and Driver are available for use from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily. When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twinbedded standard room or maybe a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Please note that single rooms in Europe may be smaller than twin-bedded rooms.

  • Children with Extra Bed (Maximum Age: 12years old) - 75% of Adult Twin Sharing Fare
  • Children without Extra Bed (Maximum Age: 7yrs old) - 50% of Adult Twin Sharing Fare
  • Infant (Maximum up to 24 months) - Free

Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, city taxes, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions.

All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 30 days in advance.

All reservations once confirmed must be paid a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare within 3 days of reservations if booked earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date.

Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment is not received 45 days prior arrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if any in the reservations.

If reservations are done less than 45 days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within 3 days of reservations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.

Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, ask your Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us. A fee of Euro 50 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

  • Up to 21 days prior to start of tour: Euro 100 per person
  • 14 Days to 20 Days prior to start of tour: 30% of tour fare
  • 7 Days to 14 Days prior to start of tour: 50% of tour fare
  • 1 Day to 6 Days prior to start of tour: 100% of tour fare

Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 3rd January 2018.. Should these costs change, a surcharge may be made on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once payment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund will be made if costs are reduced.

Travel Mission Pvt Limited In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Tour Cancellation: Travel Mission Pvt Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with Travel Mission Pvt Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Travel Mission Pvt Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for Travel Mission Pvt  Limited we have empowered the Operators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this program, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.

This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.

In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by air carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies.

The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties. Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or cooperating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident. Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger or purchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for a tour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this program which cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law. Every effort is made to ensure the program accuracy. However, Travel Mission Pvt Limited cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
